We use the 1on1 Executive DOC on a store level basis as well as a group level basis for our management staff. The store level allows our department managers to see the progress of their store by department in an easy to read and understand format. Our group level DOC allows our management team to compare stores in a concise manner and allows us to see the data that we feel is important to the group. I like the fact that we can customize the report to show the data we feel more adequately allows us to make quick and smart decisions.
